The name Devil’s Shine is a inspiration from the movie The devil wears Prada. The images themselves would be very strong with a lot of color, no holding back. As a revival to the high school, when you next thought it was shameful with cool clothes because you did not want to stand out.

Here it should instead be like an entrance to the school corridor with a smoke machine, purple pants and glitter shoes, straightforward simply.

I usually shoot digitally but in between, in analog. I like existing light just as much as flash but I feel you will get a lighting with more attitude if you use flash.

Music is a great source of inspiration for the pictures I take, and the feeling I want to achieve in my portfolio is a mix of intro to “Numb / Encore” with Jay Z and “White Ferrari” with Frank Ocean (though I’m not really there yet, but soon).

No matter who or what I photograph, I want it to be in a respectful manner and preferably with a lot of attitude. The last thing I want is that my images should be sexualized and gender stereotypes, instead, I think of raising people’s self-confident and dreamy pages.
