The Peculiar Collection Experience at Copenhagen Fashion Week, Wednesday January 30, 2019 is inspired by peculiar women everywhere. Women who feel comfortable in themselves and dares to be different. The unexpected Oh! experience inspired by the art world and vernissages told the story of the peculiar women’s everyday life living in an Oh! apartment in Copenhagen. Eight re-enacted everyday still lives, with everything from teeth-brushing & plant-watering to eating cup-noodles and ironing clothes.
A palette of colourful women in every age with their own individual and unique style showcased the AW19 collection at Galleri Christoffer Egelund in the centre of Copenhagen in a live varnishing of the campaign. For the AW19 Peculiar collection Oh! continues to design new and innovative fur styles in the name of quality, craftmanship and sustainability to create pieces that the Oh! consumer will bring with them throughout everyday life for generations to come.
The silk print and lining of the styles is created in collaboration with the young talented print design-student Alexandra Jonsdottir from the Design School in Kolding. She describes her print style as quirky, colourful and classic. The perfect combination for a perfect Oh! print. Peculiar is a collection consisting of different and cool outerwear pieces, silk pieces and leather, wool & fur accessories in the form of bags, charms, scarfs, bomber hats and beanies. A collection for the wonderful and peculiar everyday life of the coming autumn and winter.
